The power skip is pretty much exactly what you think it is….an exaggerated skipping motion. This would actually be a good exercise to use if you want a quick warmup. It will get your blood flowing and loosen up the joints in pretty much your entire body. The power skip will also help with balance and coordination, especially as it relates to the running motion.
