jump manual Full Jump Manual ReviewI thought I’d take some time to talk about the Jump Manual today. As some of you already know, this is a very popular program among athletes and it’s my highest rated vertical jump program. So, I’d like to explain why this program is so good, and why you should give it a shot if you’re serious about gaining inches on your vertical. I emphasize serious because I mean it. You won’t gain if you don’t train. There is no magic pill that will make you jump higher. Only motivation and hard work can get you to where you want to be. The Jump Manual is a tool and a catalyst for your success and should be treated as such. Now that I’m done with my little rant about not being lazy, let’s look at the program.

Jump Manual Overview

The first thing you’ll see when you look at the Jump Manual homepage is that the creator, Jacob Hiller, claims that you can jump 10″ higher in 12 weeks. Is this true? Yes! But this goes back to my point that you’ll need to work at it to see those kinds of gains. This program takes you by the hand and shows you exactly what you need to do to see results like that.

If you’re like me and you are a visual learner this program is definitely for you. It contains videos of all the exercises used in the program to ensure that you don’t get confused or lost. This is a huge help since a lot of programs just list exercises and don’t show you exactly how to do them. When it comes to training, using proper form can make or break your gains. This is definitely a huge selling point for the Jump Manual.

Some other great aspects of the program include the nutrition information. Many athletes overlook the importance of their diet and fail to achieve their true potential. Jacob helps lay this out for you by telling you what to eat and how it will help you. If you’re not feeding your body properly, your jumping ability won’t develop as quickly and completely as it should.

Something that really caught my eye about the Jump Manual is that it focuses on minimizing overtraining. I’ve used programs (Air Alert, ahem) that have actually decreased my gains and even caused injuries. I always wondered why this was happening since I figured that doing thousands of reps of jump exercises would increase my vertical…right? Not exactly. The key is allowing your body to fully recover before your next workout, while at the same time training explosively.

Rest + Proper Training + Proper Diet = Awesome Results!

The Jump Manual includes workout charts that you will follow throughout your training. They will guide you through the entire process and ensure that you’re not killing yourself or losing track of your main goal…increasing your vertical jump! And if you’re worried because you don’t have access to a gym, stop worrying! Jacob gives you alternatives to using weights that are very useful. This is great for people who don’t own or have access to a weight room. I know that this is a major concern for a lot of people, but it shouldn’t be with the Jump Manual.

Jump Manual Ratings

Here are some key areas of the program that I’ve rated. It’s pretty much a 5 star program across the board. Many other programs don’t offer anywhere near the same value that the Jump Manual does.

Get a 52% Jump Manual Discount

Jacob offers one-on-one training if you want it. However, that is usually an extra monthly fee. The cool thing is that he’s now offering to throw in his one-on-one training for free!. You’ll also get the Jump Manual (obviously), access to the jumpers forum where you can get even more help if you need it, and some pretty cool bonus interviews. One of them is with shooting coach Dave Hopla who is a shooting machine with a basketball. I’m not exactly sure how long he’s going to be doing this sale for so get it while you can. Here is how you get the discount.

  1. Go to this link
  2. **Important!** Type “/new” (without quotes) at the end of the URL if it’s not already there. You should automatically be forwarded to it from the link in step #1, but not always. This will take you to the new Jump Manual homepage where the special offer is located.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the big “Choose Your Option..” banner.

Conclusion

I hope this review has been helpful. The Jump Manual is by far the best program you can get for the money. I’m sure that if you follow the program exactly as described and really work at it you’ll see some amazing gains in your vertical jump. There are a lot of scammers out there who write their own version of a “vertical jump program” just to make a quick buck off people, but Jacob Hiller is not one of those guys. I’ve developed a lot of respect for him over the past couple years and I’ve been a fan of his training methods and style for quite some time. And this is simply because he knows how to get results. So check it out. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Jumping higher is really essential specially to athletes. I remember I also did series of training to be able to jump higher when I was a part of my school varsity. It was tough but when you see the result it’s all worth it.

Thanks for the wonderful review that covers all information when choosing the right vertical jump program. Vertical jump training does put pressure to your body and nervous system while training that’s why doing the correct set of exercises will protect you from injury and won’t waste your precious time, effort and money. If you are doing the incorrect set of exercises, your body will be compromising in any other way, you could be risking permanent damage.

Sets and reps are definitely important to take into consideration. It’s surprisingly easy to injure yourself if you’re doing the wrong exercises. Thanks for the comment.

  • http://e-hipreplacement.com/ hip replacement

I recently had hip replacement which is a surgical procedure in which the hip joint is replaced by a prosthetic implant. Are these excerices also suitable for me?

  • Patrick

I’d be careful with these exercises. I’m not sure that jumping exercises would be the best option after a hip replacement. Be sure to ask your doctor first.

  • basketball42

hey instead of doin regular squats can i do box squats or will this not be a helpful in gains

  • Patrick

You can definitely do box squats. The best thing to keep in mind is that you should try to vary your exercises that you’re using every once in a while. This will help keep your body guessing!

Hey Patrick, I was wondering if the Jump Manual program is flexible. I am a busy man and I don’t always have half an hour to spare for my workouts.
